ADA-32654 Air Park Inc Successive Lease

In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: June 4, 2026, through July 4, 2026 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.

 

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUCCESSIVE LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to grant a successive lease under Lease ADA-32654, as follows:

LESSEE: Air Park Inc.  PREMISES: Block 5, Lot 35, consisting of approximately 69,318 square feet. LEASE TERM: 50 years, beginning August 1, 2026, and ending July 31, 2076. 

LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is mixed Fair Market Value and Aeronautical ($0.18 per square foot x square feet PLUS appraised Market rent per square foot x square feet).

RATE NOTE: Appraisal is forthcoming, rate is to be determined and will be made available to the public upon request.

PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Subleasing for air freight forwarding purposes.  Specifically, the operation and maintenance of a freight forwarding terminal including receiving, warehousing and shipping of intermodal air cargo/air freight.  Premises will also be used as an office and warehouse facility to support air cargo customers.  Use to include truck and vehicle parking for Lessee and Lessee’s tenants.  Prepare, serve, and sell food & beverages for on-premises dining & takeaway, including hot meals and quick-serve items.

 

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments may be submitted in writing via email or letter to: Andy.Dinsmore@alaska.gov Attention: Andy Dinsmore, Leasing Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 4:30 P.M. on or before July 4, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Land Lease.
