The Public Notice of Proposal (RFP# EV2370) that resulted in the above contract was published on September 07, 2017. The Proposal Due date was y 11:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, October 6, 2017.      The RFP was not posted to the Alaska Online Public Notice site.
