NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that TBA Properties LLC, 7362 W Parks Hwy #814, Wasilla, Alaska 99654, applied for a permit to appropriate water on February 13, 2026 (date of priority). The application is for water use at the new Three Bears gas station, convenience store, laundromat and campground in Cooper Landing. The application requests:

Property Address: 21949 Sterling Highway, Cooper Landing
Legal Description of Source and Area of Appurtenance: Tract B1, Quartz Creek Subdivision Outfitters Way Replat, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat Number 2024-14, records of the Seward Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska. Said lot is located in Sections 25 and 36, Township 5 North, Range 3 West, Seward Meridian.
Per AS 46.15.133(a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing by email to lesli.schick@alaska.gov or by mail to Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Section, 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1020, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3562 by June 1, 2026. Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080(6), “The public comment period set by AS 46.15.133 (c) begins the first day the newspaper publication appears, or the first day of posting, or upon receipt of the notice as evidenced by the certified mail receipt, date stamp, or other evidence of actual service.”
