The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, Design and Construction is soliciting bids for services to recover and repair the Alcantra Armory Roof in Wasilla.

A pre-bid Walk-Through is scheduled on April 23rd, 2026 at 2:00p.m. We will meet at the parking lot at Building the Alcantra Armory, 3401 E Bogard Road, Wasilla Alaska. It is Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. If you need directions to the location, you will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through time and date.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be 1:00pm Alaska Time on May 5th, 2026. Information for submitting quote can be found in the attached ITB. Late offers will be rejected.
