INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC Taxilane Z1 Sign Installation, Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2026 / CFAPT01388 will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 24, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will install new aircraft signs on Taxilane Z1 at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes pavement removal, excavation, drainage, subbase, recycled asphalt base course, paving, airfield lighting and signage, topsoil, and seeding.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 15, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings. Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
