NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUCCESSIVE LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Successive Land Lease under Lease ADA-32686, as follows:
LESSEE: FLOAT Alaska Real Estate.
PREMISES: Block 3, Lot 12 and Block 6, Lot 5A, consisting of an approximate combined total 256,570 square feet.
LEASE TERM: 33 years, beginning April 26, 2026, and ending April 25, 2059.
UPCOMING LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $46,182.60 ($0.18 per square foot x 256,570 square feet).
PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Lot 12, Block 3 – Construction and operation of hangar-office complex for operation of scheduled airline and aircraft charter business, and for maintenance and storage of aircraft and ground service equipment.
PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Lot 5A, Block 6 – Use shall be strictly limited to Lessee’s employee vehicle parking only.
THIS SUCCESSIVE LEASE IS CONDITIONAL UPON MEETING AIRPORT ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS
