The Commissioner’s Office (COMM) of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to be a strategic partner in designing and implementing public relations and marketing plans.

Work will be performed on an as needed basis. The budget estimate is only an estimate of the total spend on required services. The total spend from the contract resulting from this RFP shall not exceed $9,000,000 over the firm term and all renewal options. Payments for the contract up to $3,000,000 are subject to funds already appropriated and identified. This amount covers the contractor’s entire expenses associated with the scope of work, including personnel, office expenses, travel, and subcontractors.
There may be a pre-proposal conference held via Microsoft Teams on Friday August 23, 2024. Those wishing to attend the Teams meeting must contact the Procurement Officer in advance to receive information on how to attend. The pre-proposal teleconference will not be held if there are no parties registered by close of business on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
