NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DIVISION OF INSURANCE
On June 20, 2023, Division of Insurance adopted regulations to Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concerning repeal of the 80th Percentile, dealing with the basis of payment for health care services or supplies.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 17, 2023, and are effective on January 1, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 248, January 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
