Mat-Su Valley Planning for Transportation (MVP) is inviting public comment on its draft Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027–2030. The public comment period will be open from October 31, 2026, through November 29, 2026.

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is MVP’s four-year plan for federally funded transportation projects in the Mat-Su Valley. It takes projects identified in the short term list of “MatSu 2050”, MVP’s Metropolitan Transportation Plan, and identifies projects to advance toward design and construction in the near term. This plan helps ensure transportation investments align with the region’s long-range goals. Learn more at mvpmpo.com
