The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Water (DOW), is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to provide on-site technical assistance and emergency response support to water and wastewater utilities in rural Alaska.
Deadline for receipt of proposals: No later than 1:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska Standard Time (AKST) on Monday, November 16, 2026, as indicated by email time stamp. Late proposals will not be considered.
