Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. This notice serves as a correction to a prior Public Notice of Contract Issuance for the same ADL number, posted from September 25 to October 10, 2026.

APPLICANT: City of Delta Junction

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MP 2 of Delta-Clearwater Road, at the corner of Clearwater Road and Hanson Road

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 500 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(c).
