Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Unified Alaskan Utilities (UAU), filed TA16-730, a revenue requirement study based on a 2025 test year. With this filing, UAU requests a 10.59% increase to its postage stamp service rates if the filing is suspended and a 9.17% increase to its postage stamp service rates if the filing is not suspended. UAU also proposes revisions to its non-recurring fees and special charges and requested an effective date of November 27, 2026. A sample of the current and proposed postage stamp service rates and non-recurring fees and special charges is shown below.
