NOTICE:
CRV-RPO Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) is Open for Public Review and Comment

October 6, 2026 - November 6, 2026

The Copper River Valley Regional Planning Organization invites public review and comment on its DRAFT Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The LRTP serves as a guide for transportation investments and improvements throughout the region for the next 2- years. The LRTP reflects over a year of planning and community engagement efforts. Throughout the planning process, CRV-RPO gathered input from residents, businesses, community organizations, and stakeholders through both in-person and virtual public meetings, advisory group outreach, and region-wide community survey. Feedback received during these efforts helped identify transportation challenges, opportunities, and priorities that have shaped the plan. 

A 30-day public comment period is open through November t6, 2026, providing community members an opportunity to review the draft, share feedback, and help ensure the plan reflects the community's transportation needs and priorities.
