During the public comment period preceding the board meeting, the agency received questions and comments regarding the initial regulation proposal. The Board has reviewed these submissions and now the Agency provides answers to public questions, alongside a specific amendment to the original proposal.  

Please find the following two documents attached to this notice: 

• Amended Regulation Proposal: Outlines the specific amendment made to the originally proposed regulation change reflected in regulation 8 AAC 97.060(d) prior to adoption by the board. 

• Agency Responses to Public Questions: Provides the official, Board-accepted answers to questions submitted by the public during the open comment period.
