NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL PREMISES TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute ADA-32658 with the addition of 133 sq. ft. of Storage Space via Room C1981 in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. TENANT: M&P Food Services LLC TERM: Until December 31, 2031, at a rental rate of $25.00 per sq. ft., per year, billed monthly at $277.08. AUTHORIZED USES: Storage space for purposes of operating food and beverage concession at ANC.

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: nathaniel.zacharzewski@alaska.gov, Attn: Nathaniel Zacharzewski Leasing Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O.
