NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUCCESSIVE LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute a Successive Land Lease under Lease ADA-32720, as follows: LESSEE: Northstar Holdings, LLC. PREMISES: Block 16, Lot 1G, consisting of approximately 21,369 square feet. LEASE TERM: 50 years, beginning 12/01/2026, and ending 11/30/2076. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $44,447.52 ($2.08 per square foot x 21,369 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance, Part 135 operations, rental space.
