Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Department of Transportation and Public Facilities

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately MP 252.5 Parks Highway, north of Healy, known as the Panguingue Creek Pit.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 100,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b).
