The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services (department), is statutorily responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in custody. Due to continued staffing shortages, and in order to provide constitutionally mandated services, the department is soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in custody at four (4) department locations.
