INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Tununak Airport Rehabilitation, Project Number AIP 3-02-0486-XXX-202X / CFAPT00854, will be received before 2:00 p.m., October 16, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will rehabilitate the runway, taxiway, apron, and airport access road at the Tununak Airport in Tununak, Alaska. Work includes application of dust palliative to all improved gravel surfaces, replacing the airfield lighting system, relocating the rotating beacon to a tip-down pole, replacing the primary and secondary wind cones and segmented circle, installation of aircraft tiedown anchors and signage, minor repair to the access road bridge, and replacement of the fencing and bollards near the snow removal equipment building.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2028.
