Purpose of the ITB: The Department of Natural Resources, Mental Health Trust Authority, Trust Land Office is soliciting bids for a Contractor to create a subdivision road that will lead to developing lots for sale to generate a profit for the trust beneficiaries.

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on 10/09/2026, as indicated by postmark or email timestamp and late proposals will not be considered.

Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to christopher.brooks@alaska.gov. Failure to register with the DNR Procurement Section may result in rejection of your bid.
