POWER COST EQUALIZATION DATA MODELING

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska (Commission) seeks a contractor to develop standardized, configurable utility data models that will facilitate timely and accurate reviewing and calculating of Power Cost Equalization (PCE) levels across regulated and non-regulated rural electric utilities. The work will include establishing sustainable procedures and secure access systems, to ensure accurate, timely annual non-fuel and periodic fuel cost calculations for all participating utilities. These services will streamline the Commissions PCE review and approval process, improve data reliability, and strengthen internal controls.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Vendor must have a minimum of one year of experience specific to providing financial modeling for public utilities.
ANTICIPATED BUDGET:
Total spend is not expected to exceed $100,000.00 for the completion of the work.
ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE:
All requested work is to be completed by Friday, August 27, 2027.
