Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: City of Allakaket

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: ½ mile downstream of the City of Allakaket; in the Eastern ½ of Section 15, Township 20 North, Range 24 West, Fairbanks Meridian

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 200,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(c).
