Under the Open Meetings Act (AS 44.62.310), notice is given that there will be a special meeting of the Alaska Public Offices Commission on Thursday September 10, 2026 at 12:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a request for expedited consideration of:
Complaint 26-13-POFD, Joel Borgquist v. Bernadette Wilson
Complaint 26-14-POFD, Joel Borgquist v. Zachary Johnson

Under 2 AAC 50.888, if the Commission grants expedited consideration, a hearing on the merits of the complaints may immediately follow.
