The Alaska Railroad, Corp. (ARRC) is requesting Construction services for the Seward Port Avenue Pedestrian Underpass Project. The alignment has been cleared and partially grubbed and cleared of debris.  The Project will complete grading and pave the walkway to allow pedestrians to travel below Port Avenue.

Pre-Bid/Site Visit:  A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 11:00 am.  We will meet in front of the ARRC Cruise Ship Terminal and walk over to the location.  Attendees should plan on being at the meet location by 10:45 am. You must register to attend the pre-bid by 3:00 pm Friday, September 4, 2026. If no firms register, the pre-bid may be cancelled.
