As Commissioner of the Department of Family and Community Services and by authority granted to me by Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy, I hereby delegate authority to Nicole Fritz to approve and disapprove variance decisions concerning barrier crimes or conditions in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 7 AAC 10.935 within the Division of Health Care Services, Residential Licensing Program.
This delegation remains in effect until suspended.
