Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has granted a letter of authorization for the following:

APPLICANT: ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, LLC

PROJECT NAME: ADL 234936

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Twentymile River, near Girdwood, AK

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 30 of Township 9 North, Range 3 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

AUTHORIZED DEVELOPMENT: Entry upon state submerged lands for the use of heavy equipment to bore a new alignment for a portion of the Anchorage to Whittier natural gas pipeline to bypass and repair a leak in the existing submerged line. A new 8-inch pipeline will be drilled in an approximate north-south alignment across the submerged lands underlying the Twentymile River.
