Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Fetterhoff Services LLC

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 430-625-1 located 4.8 miles North of Homer at the end of Ohlson Mountain Road within Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 45 acres, more or less.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,900 cubic yards of sand and gravel material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
