State of Alaska Notice of a Local Boundary Commission (LBC) Meeting

The Local Boundary Commission will meet on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. via Zoom.  The purpose of the meeting is for the LBC to discuss the Alaska Ethics Attorney’s conflict of interest opinion, Administrative Order 360 and a request to repeal 3 AAC 110.270(e).  The Commission will hear public comments on the potential regulations projects, including a request to repeal 3 AAC 110.270(e) as presented in the meeting packet, which is available online.
