Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Southcentral Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Granite Construction Inc.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MS 42-2-005-1 located at MP 66 Glenn Highway within Section 17, Township 19 North, Range 4 East, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 3 acres, more or less.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 40,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
