ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS - ANNUAL MEETING

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on August 19, 2026 in the Katimavik Conference Room at Nullagvik Hotel, 306 Shore Ave, Kotzebue, AK 99752.

THE AGENDA will include: A. Election of Officers; B. Consideration of a Resolution of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation authorizing the issuance and sale of not to exceed $100,000,000 aggregate amount of Collateralized Bonds (Veterans Mortgage Program), in one or more series, and approving related matters.; C. Any Other Matters to Properly Come Before the Board. D. Executive Session

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).
