Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has granted a letter of authorization for the following:

APPLICANT: David Bredin

PROJECT NAME: ADL 234425

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Benka Lake, Talkeetna, AK

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 9 of Township 24 North, Range 4 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: A 20-foot-wide utility and walkway easement common to Lots 2-8 of the Benka Lake Subdivision, recorded as Plat 85-14 in the Talkeetna Recording District.

AUTHORIZED DEVELOPMENT: The applicant has requested to cut and fill within an existing utility and walkway easement to create a ten-foot-wide walking path to provide overland connectivity between their two parcels. The proposed development would include placement of gravel, and a 4’ by 80’ floating walkway to facilitate access during periods of high water.
