Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: City of Nenana

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located within the ordinary highwater of the Nenana River, near MP 305 of the Parks Highway.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 30,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b).
