NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25272002 – Central Region Drainage Inspection and Condition Assessment Services 

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional inspection services on select routes in Central Region. Facilities to be inspected include culverts, drainage basins, storm drain systems, ditches, swales, bridge embankments and abutments, side slopes, erosion protection features (such as dikes and riprap), and other appurtenant drainage and erosion protection infrastructure.

Services include: drainage infrastructure inspection and a detailed inspection report, including an inventory of the elements inspected and their detailed characteristics.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2026 to January 2029.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 29, 2026 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than August 19, 2026, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
