Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: Quintillion Networks, LLC.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Mile Post 342 Dalton Highway

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:

• The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 17,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
