NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO LEASE STATE LAND: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute Land Use Permit ADA-91004, as follows: PERMITTEE: Great Northwest, Inc. PREMISES: Block 110, Lot 6A, consisting of approximately 70,000 square feet.  PERMIT TERM: Two (2) months, beginning August 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2026. PERMIT RENTAL RATE: The monthly rent is $1,283.33 ($0.22 per square foot x 70,000 square feet).
