The Board of Regents is scheduled to hold the following meetings:

Board officers and committee chairs will hold a special meeting via Zoom on Monday, August 3 at 4 p.m. to review the topics suggested for the September 2-3, 2026 committee meetings and full board meeting. No action will be taken at this meeting.

The Board of Regents will hear public testimony via statewide audio conference on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. For additional information regarding public testimony, please visit: http://www.alaska.edu/bor/public-testimony/

Board committee meetings will begin on Wednesday, September 2 at 8 a.m. in the University of Alaska Southeast Recreation Center in Juneau. Meeting times listed below are approximate; committee meetings will begin after the previous committee meeting concludes.

-  Facilities & Land Management Committee – 8 a.m.

-   Academic & Student Affairs Committee –10 a.m.

-  Audit & Finance Committee –1 p.m.

The Board of Regents will hold a regular meeting of the full board beginning Wednesday, May 20 at approximately 3:30 p.m. or immediately after the committee meetings, also at the UAS Recreation Center. The full board will continue on Thursday, September 3 at 8 a.m. No public testimony will be taken.

Agendas will be added to the Board of Regents’ web page at: www.alaska.edu/bor/ approximately 10 days before the meeting. With the exception of executive sessions, committee meetings and full board meetings are open to the public and will be live streamed at www.alaska.edu/bor/live.
