Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land, and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has issued a decision for the following easement:

APPLICANT: Nutrien US LLC

PROJECT NAME: ADL 221008

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Nikiski, AK

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has requested reissuance of a private non-exclusive easement that is approximately 105 feet long and 30 feet wide, totaling approximately 0.07 acres, more or less, over state-owned, DMLW managed lands. The purpose of the easement is to continue to provide water from the Cabin Lake wells to the nearby Kenai Nutrien Plant.
