NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO LEASE STATE LAND: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to execute Land Lease ADA-91000, as follows: LESSEE: Deadhorse FBO, LLC. PREMISES: Block 4, Lot 1, consisting of approximately 180,621 square feet. LEASE TERM: Fifty (50) years, beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2076. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $21,631.32 ($0.12 per square foot x 180,621 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Construction, maintenance, and operation of a new hangar; leasing air taxi and air cargo operations; aircraft repair and maintenance; aircraft parking and hangaring; office space and automobile parking lots associated with the Authorized Uses and in support of leasing to air taxi and air cargo operations.
