Notice of Electric Reliability Organization Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) filed TE15-9001, seeking approval of revisions to approved reliability standards. The revisions include an amended voltage reference in reliability standards RRC-CIP-002-1 and RRC-CIP-014-1, and the removal of glossaries from all reliability standards approved in Letter Order L2600060, issued February 19, 2026. The statutory notice period for TE15-9001 ends August 17, 2026.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed by the RRC.
