Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.
APPLICANT: Dibble Creek Rock LTD
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 21-2-051-1 located at MP 40.5 along Sterling Highway approximately 4 miles west of Moose Pass and within Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 65 acres, more or less.
AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES:
- The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 40,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
