The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit approval (ORL) AQ0089ORL10 to State of Alaska DOT&PF for the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) under Alaska Statute 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Emissions: The potential to emit at the stationary source will not exceed 100 tpy NOX by limiting cumulative operation of diesel generators to 1,950 hours per consecutive 12-month period.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC has made a preliminary decision to approve the ORL for the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC).

Opportunity for Public Participation: Any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents, as long as they are received by the close of the public comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or state Law. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the ORL after the close of the public comment period. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
