Under the Open Meetings Act (AS 44.62.310), notice is given that there will be a special meeting of the Alaska Public Offices Commission on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Review APOC Staff’s rejection of a request to expedite Complaint 25-22-CD, Ruedrich v. Stutes
- Consider Request for Expedited Consideration of Complaint 26-08-CD, Alaskans for Better Elections v. Repeal Now, Aurora Action Network
Under 2 AAC 50.888, if the Commission grants expedited consideration, a hearing on the merits of the complaints may immediately follow.
