The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a Boundary Crossing Permit at Nome City Field Airport to Aaron R. Burmeister whose property lies adjacent to the boundary of Nome City Field Airport under ADA-72936 (Item No. 1). The permit will be issued in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 17 AAC 45.285. Annual fee: $399.00 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: aeronautical – residential use, for permittee, to taxi aircraft from private property across airport property at the authorized airport boundary crossing area, approximately 60 ft wide.

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 31, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
