NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT AN ADVERTISING CONCESSION: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to increase the square footage of advertising concession ADA-90780, as follows: LESSEE: Alaska Channel, Inc. PREMISES: First Floor Advertising Spaces 1.1 through 1.4, 1.6 through 1.16, and 1.19 in the passenger terminal. Second Floor Advertising Spaces 2.1 through 2.4 and 2.6 through 2.10 in the passenger terminal. LEASE TERM: Initial term of seven (7) years with six (6) exercised option years, beginning April 1, 2016 and ending March 31, 2029. CURRENT PERCENTAGE FEES: Percentage fees agreed upon in initial RFP. AUTHORIZED USES: Electronic and static display advertising program. PROPOSED SQUARE FOOTAGE EXPANSION: Addition of three (3) new Second Floor Advertising Spaces 2.11, 2.12, and 2.13 totaling two hundred and ninety-nine (299) square feet.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
