INVITATION TO BID – 2nd SOLICITATION
Sealed bids for the DMVA Fairbanks Armory Fire Damage Rebuild Project, Project Number: 02B0526017, will be received before 1:00 p.m. July 7th, 2026, at 57024 Roosevelt Road, JBER, AK 99505 or via electronic delivery as stated herein.
The State funded project will replace and rebuild all damage associated with a recent fire that took place at the Alask Army National Guard Armory at 202 Wien Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701.
The Engineer’s estimate is between $750,000.00 and $1,100,000.00. the project substantial completion date will be February 26th, 2027.
Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Greg Walker, at greg.walker@alaska.gov prior to the close of business on July 1, 2026
