Whittier Pop-up Booths
The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and City of Whittier are hosting pop-up booths for two transportation planning efforts that are currently underway: the Whittier Moves Transportation Master Plan (Whittier Moves) and the Whittier Safety Action Plan. These plans will work together to help guide future transportation investments, improve safety and connectivity, support funding opportunities, and inform long-term community planning. Both plans are expected to be finalized this summer following a public review and comment period.
Please join us on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at one of several pop-up booths throughout Whittier to learn about the plans and provide feedback to the planning team:
