NOTICE OF MEETING

ALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING

THE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska.

The AGENDA will include:  A. Consideration of a Resolution to Approve the GOAL Program Rating and Award Criteria, Also Known as the Qualified Allocation Plan, For Use with the Greater Opportunities for Affordable Living (GOAL) Program; B. Consideration of a Resolution for Review and Approval of the FY2027 Operating Budget for the Low-Rent Asset Management Developments (AMPs) and the Central Office Cost Center; C. Consideration of a Resolution Approving FY2026 Vacated Tenant Accounts Receivable Inactivation. D. Board Committee Reports; E. Any other matters to come before the board.

ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).
