Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract.

APPLICANT: North Star Construction

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located at approximately milepost 154, on the East side of the Dalton highway.

AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The extraction of 800 cubic yards of gravel from master material site ADL 422623

The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 800 cubic yards of material   pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d).
