Summary: ADF&G is seeking qualified vessels to complete and submit a proposal for the NSEI Chatham Strait Sablefish Surveys (2026-2031). If you are qualified and interested in completing and submitting a proposal for this work, please see the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) document for details and instructions on how to submit a timely proposal.

Proposals can be emailed to dfg.contracting@alaska.gov before the deadline. In order to have a responsive proposal, you must submit the following:

1. You must meet the requirements of the Prior Experience – Section 1.04.
2. Completed Attachment 1 – Cost Proposal – Submittal Form F (pages 43-45).
3. Completed Attachment 2 – Submittal Forms A-E (pages 46-56).
4. Complete Attachment 4 – Appendix F – Vessel Information and Maritime Insurance (pages 61-64).

NOTE: ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE PROVIDED FORMS, PROPOSALS SUBMITTED ON DIFFERENT FORMS MAY BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND REJECTED.
