The Alaska Retirement Management Board (ARMB)’s quarterly committee and Board of Trustees meetings, will be held Tuesday, June 9 – Thursday, June 11, 2026. All meetings are hybrid, originating from the Atwood Conference Center (Rooms 102/104), 550 W. 7th Ave., Anchorage, Alaska.
COMMITTEE MEETINGS – TUESDAY, JUNE 9
All ARMB committee meetings are scheduled to begin at the times noted below. If a committee meeting extends past its scheduled time, the next meeting will begin immediately afterward.
The Strategic Review and Action Committee meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. Topics include distribution counseling, trustee resources, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The Audit Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Topics include audit plans and timelines, employer audits, a report on delinquent and late filing employers, earnings rates, PERS Terminations, SOC1 (service organization controls) reporting, personnel structures, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The Defined Contribution (DC) Plan Committee meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Topics include the DC survey and retirement income, updates from Empower, the Division of Retirement and Benefits, and the Treasury Division, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The Actuarial Committee meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Topics include the 2025 valuation reports, experience study for July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2025, actuarial review, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
The Operations Committee meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Topics include updates from the Treasury Division, procurement for annual SWIFT assessment, the ARMB’s proposed 2027 meeting calendar, future trustee education opportunities, regulatory reform, and other matters to properly come before the committee.
BOARD of TRUSTEES MEETING – WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10 & THURSDAY, JUNE 11
The Board of Trustees meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. daily. The meeting will include presentations and reports on fund financials, statutory investment powers and duties, actuarial valuations and review, performance measurement, investment reviews and action items, asset allocation, and other business to properly come before the board.
